When a purchase isn't showing up in RevenueCat
Sometimes a user will say they've made a purchase but they don't seem to have access to the content in App, please try some methos below.
- Restore Purchase in TGWatch iPhone app.
- Check the Apple ID in AppStore is the same to the account when you buy subscription.
- Uninstall and reinstall TGWatch, and retry restore purchase in TGWatch iPhone app again.
