Sometimes a user will say they've made a purchase but they don't seem to have access to the content in App, please try some methos below.

1. Restore Purchase in TGWatch iPhone app.

2. Check the Apple ID in AppStore is the same to the account when you buy subscription.

3. Uninstall and reinstall TGWatch, and retry restore purchase in TGWatch iPhone app again.
